PetCareSupplies - Great customer service, till you have an issue
I bought frontline for my 2 cats from petcaresupplies.com and they were very attentive until I wrote them saying the product dried up in less than a day and the flea problem had gotten worse. I got an automated email saying they would get back to me and I never heard back.
Waiting a little longer and the fleas were literally covering my poor cats. I wrote them again letting them know I was pissed and wanted my money back as I suspected this is a knock off product to begin with and again I got the same automated email response and never heard anything. These people are scam artists.
Just go pay the full price for the real stuff at PetsSmart like I did and don't waste your time trying to find a discount. It only prolongs your animals' discomfort.
Reason of review: Product doesn't work, company not responsive.
Monetary Loss: $40.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
