April 2019 I ordered 2 seresto collars for my 2 dogs. It was like 64.00 for both.

I received the small collar in a plastic bag but not the large. I contact them 2 days later by email and state I only received one collar, where is the large flea collar.

They tell me they were shipped in a box both in there. I disputed this, they tell me to take a picture of the collar, I had not opened it yet as I always put both collars on my dogs at the same time. So I send them pic of tin unopened still sealed collar in the tin.

They tell me that’s not their collar and they sent both out together. I take a pic of the order showing I purchased 2 collars from them. They are refusing to reimburse me for one collar or send another out.

I’m beyond mad. I’m contacting bbb and blowing up Facebook and reviews next.
